Deleting your Subline account
Subline (sublineapp.com) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.
In the app:
Open Subline and go to Settings.
Tap "Delete Account".
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.
Can't access the app?
Email contact@sublineapp.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
What is deleted:
Your profile, login credentials, style preferences, wishlist, cart, and all swipe/interaction history are permanently and immediately deleted.
What is kept:
Completed order records held by the merchant you purchased from are retained by that merchant per their own policy and applicable tax/legal requirements; these are not controlled by Subline. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
